Official Sweepstakes Rules

(1) Description of Sweepstakes/How to Enter: No Purchase Necessary.

Invensys Systems, Inc. (the “Sponsor”) is offering the “Wonderware Breakthrough Experience” (the “Sweepstakes”) and will award prizes via a random selection of valid entrants. To enter, visit www.experience.wonderware.com, experiencia.wonderware.com, cn.experience.wonderware.com or jp.experience.wonderware.com and complete the on-line registration form with your first name, last name, professional title, company name, company address, company phone number and email address and complete at least two (2) of the four (4) Breakthrough Performance modules (Manage Operations, Develop Applications, Manage Integration and Easily Grow & Adapt). This promotion begins at 12:01 AM September 5, 2007 US Pacific Time (PT) and ends March 28, 2008 at 11:59 PM, US PT, (“Overall Promotion Period”). Within the Overall Promotion Period there are twenty-nine (29) Weekly Sweepstakes Periods (“Weekly Sweepstakes Periods”) conducted on the following schedule.

All Wonderware Breakthrough Experience registrants who complete at least 2 Breakthrough Performance Modules in any given Weekly Sweepstakes Period will be “rolled forward” for inclusion in subsequent Weekly Sweepstakes Periods. You can take the Wonderware Breakthrough Experience as many times as you like, however, there is a limit of one (1) Sweepstakes entry per person in each Weekly Sweepstakes Period and a limit of one (1) prize per person per the Overall Promotion Period.

(2) Prizes: One (1) winner will be randomly selected in each of the twenty-nine (29) Weekly Sweepstakes Periods to receive a 6.0 MP Digital Camera, Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) USD $599. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability. Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize as the cash equivalent in US Dollars based on the ARV as identified in these Official Rules. There are a total of twenty-nine (29) prizes available and the total ARV of all prizes is USD $17,371. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received in any given Weekly Sweepstakes Period.

(3) Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to individuals who are 21 years of age or older and employed as an information technology professionals or as industrial, information or automation engineering professionals. Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. As a condition of Canadian law, a Canadian winner will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill test question as a condition of receiving his/her prize. A hard copy of these Official Rules will be delivered on demand to residents of France, A prize won by a resident of Russia will be delivered to an address outside of Russia as specified by the winner. Residents of Korea who have further queries should contact the Sponsor. Employees, officers and representatives (and members of their immediate families and those living in the same Household of each) of Invensys Systems, Inc., its Wonderware business unit, its affiliated companies, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and any company involved in the design, execution or production of the promotion are not eligible. Employees (and members of their immediate families and those living in the same household of each) of companies in direct competition with Invensys Systems, Inc. and its Wonderware business unit are not eligible.

(4) General : Winners will be contacted by telephone and/or email within two (2) business days of the drawing and will be required to respond with confirmation of prize acceptance within (7) seven days of Sponsor’s first prize notification. Failure to respond within this time frame will result in forfeiture of prize, in which case an alternate winner will be selected. Product warranty on the digital camera prize is limited to the original warranty extended by the manufacturer. ANY AND ALL TAX LIABILITY RESULTING FROM THE WINNER’S RECEIPT OF THE PRIZE IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.

By entering, participants (a) agree to comply with and be bound by the official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding in all respects; (b) agree to release Sponsor and its employees and agents from any and all liability, loss, damage or injury resulting from participation in this promotion or from the awarding, receipt, possession use and/or misuse of any prize awarded herein; (c) acknowledge that Sponsor, and its employees and agents have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize including, but not limited to, its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose; and (d) consent to use of his/her name, photograph and/or likeness, statements and voice for advertising and promotional purposes in all media worldwide and in perpetuity without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Sponsor is not responsible for loss, damage or liability arising from any electronic, hardware or software program incompatibilities, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind, including without limitation, server malfunction, virus distribution or by a human error which may occur in the process of recording automatic entries via the web page. All entries are the property of the Sponsor. All registration data provided by entrants will be processed in the United States and in accordance with US privacy laws. Any attempt by an entrant to interfere with the operations of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law. If in Sponsor’s sole and exclusive opinion, there are on-line entries, which have been generated by any type of non-human, automated or automated repetitive process, Sponsor has the option to invalidate such entries. I f, in Sponsor’s sole and exclusive opinion, there is any suspected or actual tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if technical or other difficulties outside of Sponsor’s control compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Sweepstakes and in such event to select winners through a random drawing from among all valid on-line entries received before such termination.

5) Winners List : The names of winners will be posted at www.experience.wonderware.com as they are verified throughout the Promotion Period.
